Architectural direction

One decision framework. From site to boardroom. Across domains.

The direction is deliberate. The development is incremental. These are design intentions, not features promised in the current Web Pilot.

Office / desktop

Prepare and examine

A fuller environment is intended to support complex Cases: evidence, dependencies, recommendations, human decisions and outcomes in a form that can be reviewed over time.

Site / mobile

Capture where work happens

A distinct mobile experience is envisaged for observations, photos, confirmations, missing information and escalation at the point where evidence arises. It is not conceived as a compressed desktop screen.

Capture evidence where it appears. Prepare the decision where it is needed.

Across the decision chain

Preserve authority even when routes change.

The architecture is intended to support operational, project and strategic decisions. A foreman, site manager, project manager and director may each have different authority. Real communication can bypass a formal chain; the intended control is to retain who had authority, what was known, why a route changed and how the decision was made.

Two directions of scale

Across domains

Construction first, exploratory Business work, then other professional contexts only where a distinct need is demonstrated.

Across levels

Operational decisions, project or tactical decisions, and strategic choices may all require different depth while retaining a coherent record.

Each step requires its own controlled implementation and validation. None of these future directions is described here as a current pilot capability.
